Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Submissions Director to lead and inspire our talented team of Submissions Specialists within a fast-paced marketing agency. In this role, you'll focus on optimizing existing workflows, strengthening team engagement, and ensuring client submissions standards. Your mission? To foster collaboration, streamline processes, and create a supportive environment where your team thrives. You'll take the lead in refining submission processes, identifying areas for improvement, and championing initiatives that boost efficiency and morale. Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Design and Management :
o Develop and implement streamlined workflows for submitting creative marketing assets, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
o Monitor and optimize the end-to-end submissions process to enhance speed and accuracy.
o Establish and enforce best practices for submissions management, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, brand standards, and client requirements.
o Regularly review and refine submission guidelines to adapt to industry trends and evolving client needs.
o Work closely with account managers, project managers, and clients to ensure submission workflows are aligned with project milestones.
o Act as the point of contact for resolving bottlenecks or addressing process-related issues.
o Lead, mentor, and empower a team of submissions specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
o Identify training and resources to ensure team members are well-versed in submission tools, processes, and compliance requirements.
o Develop metrics and KPIs to measure submission efficiency and effectiveness.
o Present recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement in workflow management.
