We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Marketing to lead our high-performing marketing team. This role requires a seasoned marketing generalist with a proven track record in leadership and management, who has successfully scaled marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a VP of Marketing or a similar executive role in a successful Series A-C startup, overseeing key functions such as demand generation, brand design and awareness, product marketing, developer marketing, and event marketing. This individual will drive strategic growth and work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Marketing will sit on the executive team driving strategic growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
$200k For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. - Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and impact.
- Monitor marketing performance, analytics, and ROI to refine strategies.
- Drive innovation and new initiatives in customer acquisition and engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a VP or senior leadership role, preferably including experience at a successful Series A-C startup.
- Proven success in leading and scaling a high-performing marketing team.
- Strong generalist background with expertise across multiple marketing functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance tracking.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
