What You Should Know:

*We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in a retail store setting. *The ideal candidate will play a key role in greeting customers, understanding their needs, and delivering our unique one-stop service offerings. *We're looking for someone who is positive, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for helping the public.
Key Responsibilities:

*Provide outstanding customer service to clients. *Receptionist duties, including greeting customers, answering multi-line phones. *Perform data entry tasks. *Handle cashier duties and process transactions. *Work closely with customers, maintaining a professional and friendly approach. *Become a trained Fingerprint Technician (training provided). *Obtain Notary Public Certification (training provided). *Perform filing and organizational tasks. *Upsell services when appropriate.
Qualifications:

*At least two (2) years of experience in office, customer service, or cashier roles. *Must be at least 21 years of age. *Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident. *The candidate should be committed to ongoing skill development. *Advanced cashier skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the Internet. *Resourceful and reliable, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. *Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. *Ability to write and implement reports, emails, and memos effectively. *Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team. *Experience working in a methodical and detail-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

*Self-directed and outgoing, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-exposure projects. *Technical skills. *Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
