No prior window cleaning experience required; training provided.

Requirements:
- Outgoing attitude and a positive demeanor.
- Commitment to high-quality work and long-term employment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a drug test (drug-free workplace).
Pay & Benefits:
- $15-$18/hr during probation.
- $18-$25/hr after probation, with performance-based raises.
- No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend work.
- Regular pay increases based on performance.
