We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better assist customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations is a plus but not mandatory.
