Sales Associate

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Full-time position with a shift-based work week (Wednesday-Sunday); availability for weekends, holidays, and extended hours is required.
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of sports and/or physical fitness and training methods. Experience as a collegiate athlete is a major plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Education & Experience:

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales-related position.
