The Role
We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You will develop long-term relationships, oversee client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions to support their goals.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
