We specialize in paint protection film, window tint, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. Our goal is to always deliver perfection to our clientele by improving at least 1% every day in our craft, relationships, and culture.
Our Waterford location was custom built in order to provide our team with the space and resources to complete their projects to the highest level of perfection possible. Our facility is nearly 50,000 square feet, and each department has its own dedicated area! Our Film Department is equipped with multiple clean rooms that have separate temperature and air filtration systems to install paint protection film and tint! Our Enhancement Department has their own room with multiple bays with lifts for paint correction and wet sanding work, along with the ability to utilize clean rooms to install Ceramic Coatings. Lastly, our detailing department has 2 large wash bays to perform all their services and one is equipped with a lift for undercarriages and other services!

We are seeking Automotive Detailers with a passion for all things automotive. This position will be both on-site and on the road with our fully equipped mobile detailing van. Duties
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Conducting thorough washes in preparation for other services, as well as interior and exterior details at the facility.
- Removing and replacing wheels for detailing.
- Cleaning engine bays and undercarriages.
- Going off-site to clients' homes and businesses in the mobile van to perform details.
- Maintaining & restocking the mobile van while not in use.
- Provide exceptional customer service while at clients' home or place of business.
- Maintaining the wash bays and equipment within the facility.
- Managing your time wisely in order to complete washes in an effective manner while maintaining quality and perfection.
- Any other responsibilities that might be needed and / or required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is a plus, but not a requirement. We are more than willing to train the right candidate from the ground up!
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Comfortable performing manual labor all day, occasionally in inclement weather.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items such as but not limited to wheels/tires.
*This position is not seasonal, or part-time. This is a long-term, full time position only.
