We specialize in paint protection film, window tint, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. Our goal is to always deliver perfection to our clientele by improving at least 1% every day in our craft, relationships, and culture.
Our Waterford location was custom built in order to provide our team with the space and resources to complete their projects to the highest level of perfection possible. Our facility is nearly 50,000 square feet, and each department has its own dedicated area! Our Film Department is equipped with multiple clean rooms that have separate temperature and air filtration systems to install paint protection film and tint! Our Enhancement Department has their own room with multiple bays with lifts for paint correction and wet sanding work, along with the ability to utilize clean rooms to install Ceramic Coatings. Lastly, our detailing department has 2 large wash bays to perform all their services and one is equipped with a lift for undercarriages and other services!

Duties
The Paint Protection Film Installer is responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Prep vehicles for PPF installation.
- Apply PPF to all types of vehicles and panels.
- Use a plotter and software to plot film kits for installation.
- Inspect the final product after installation has been completed to ensure there are no imperfections, and to fix any that are present.
- Removing parts from the vehicle such as emblems, trim, mirrors, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Comfortable using all tools and equipment, including sharp blades, torches, steamers, heat guns and hair dryers, etc.
- Ability to problem solve and overcome challenges during installations.
- Confident in trying new installations, and not being afraid to fail until you have perfected it.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items such as but not limited to wheels/tires.
*This position is not seasonal, or part-time. This is a long-term, full time position only.
