Job Description
As an Industrial Coatings Technical Sales & Service Rep at FinishWorks, you will be based in Shipshewana, IN, with frequent travel to customer sites in Northern IN and Southern MI. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical sales, service support, and training to customers, focusing on delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer expert guidance, and develop long-term relationships that drive business growth.
