Job Role
This is a full-time position as an Industrial Coatings Technical Sales & Service Rep based in Shipshewana, IN. The role requires providing technical sales, service support, and training to customers, with regular travel to customer sites in Northern IN and Southern MI. Key responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, delivering training programs, and promoting and selling industrial coatings and finishing products.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven sales and training experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Extensive knowledge of industrial coatings and finishing products
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
