What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demolition Estimator / Project Manager position at Finitetek?
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of general contracting, subcontracting, or estimating
- 5 years of demolition experience is preferred
- An Asbestos Inspector License is preferred
- Proficiency in the following software programs such as Microsoft Office products
- Onscreen Take Off or Blue Beam is preferred
- Interpretation of plans, specifications, and instructions to bidders
- Efficient in time management, personal skills, and interactions with property owners, general contractors, other subcontractors, and field crews.
- Flexible to help where needed
Top Skills:
- 10 years in demolition estimating and project procurement experience required.
- Construction Mgmt. or Civil Eng degree preferred.
Relocation assistance:
Additionally we are open to a remote work platform if the current location falls inside one of our desired markets. SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, & TN.
