Restoration Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Management:
• Meet/exceed sales goals and actively pursue new business.
• Qualify leads, schedule inspections, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
• Present contracts with clear scope, timeline, and pricing.
• Estimating & Insurance Claims:
• Create detailed repair estimates using Xactimate and subcontractor quotes.
• Manage insurance claims, documentation, and maximize claim value.
• Oversee change orders and ensure project profitability.
• Project Oversight & Execution:
• Respond to emergency jobs, execute contracts, and coordinate repairs.
• Lead pre-construction meetings to align expectations.
• Monitor projects for quality, profitability, and documentation accuracy.
• Leadership & Team Development:
• Train and support production team members.
• Communicate performance updates and align with company goals.
• Administrative & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate project files and track expenditures.
• Attend company meetings and contribute to performance discussions.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Relations:
• Develop and maintain relationships with adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in insurance loss restoration
• Proven success in estimating, project management, and client relations within the restoration industry
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate, insurance claims, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in Dash, Windows Suite, and Matterport
• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive efficiency, and deliver results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
