Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed monthly targets.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives to ensure rapid productivity and successful market expansion.
Develop and execute strategic short- and long-term sales plans aligned with company goals.
Manage inbound leads and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable through consistent coaching and feedback.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities through prospecting, networking, and engagement in industry groups.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement or construction sales.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, teaching, or coaching role.
In-depth knowledge of roofing, siding, and windows.
Proven success in B2C sales with experience following a structured sales system or process.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident public speaker and effective team leader with a passion for mentoring others.
Proficient in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
