Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes through comprehensive analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to utilize various financial systems and tools to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on company performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide actionable insights based on economic and market data.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual results against projections and identify variances.
Investment Evaluation:
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and perform financial modeling to assess ROI and risk.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships.
Financial Modeling:
- Build, update, and maintain financial models in Excel to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and valuation models.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess potential financial outcomes.
- Develop cash flow models, profitability analysis, and projections for investment opportunities.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and tools.
- Develop and implement dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with real estate, oil and gas or investment analysis is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
