LEGAL ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE SUPPLY MANAGER : Finlan Law Firm, S.C. is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time position as legal assistant / bookkeeper / office supply manager. The position calls for a trustworthy and intelligent person who possesses sound clerical, bookkeeping and organizational skills. Primary duties of the successful candidate will include a proficiency to : transcribe dictation accurately; serve as back-up on telephone; navigate Timesolve and Quickbooks to process accounting transactions and generate checks; maintain and generate monthly client billing invoices; monitor and maintain office supplies. Legal experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate should there be shortcomings in some needed skills.
