DESCRIPTION :
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role on the marketing team in measuring activity ROI, enabling sales, and promoting consistent brand messaging. By managing and optimizing account-based marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows, this role ensures targeted engagement that aligns with both sales and marketing goals. Expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns drives lead generation and enhances sales enablement, while reinforcing brand messaging across digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies tailored to specific customer profiles.
Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, trade publications, Google Ads, etc.).
Measure and report on email marketing campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital ads on platforms like LinkedIn and in trade publications to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Pull leads from website traffic, LinkedIn ads, and other digital campaigns into lead-nurturing workflows.
Track and measure campaign success using tools such as Google Analytics or other marketing platforms.
Salesforce Proficiency : Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations, ensuring data integrity, synchronization, and seamless functionality across marketing and sales platforms.
