What Internships Are Available?
One internship opportunity is available in our Finance & Accounting Department. The intern will support the Finance & Accounting Team.
What are the Job Responsibilities?
The intern will provide support to the Finance & Accounting team by completing general accounting tasks and various ad hoc projects. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will consist of :
- Assist in creation and maintenance of financial reports and excel spreadsheets
- Assist with gathering and preparing general ledger entries and month-end close
- Assist accounting and operations team on projects related to financial operations
- Perform other related duties, financial projects and audits as required
- Learn how to use Sage 300 software (general ledger accounting software)
- Learn how to make correct and accurate journal entries
- Learn account and bank reconciliations
- Perform other related Finance & Accounting duties as assigned
