What Internships Are Available?
Two internship opportunities are available on the ProCrewz® team. We are looking for a Data / Business Analyst, and a User Support Specialist.
What are the Job Responsibilities?
The interns will provide support to the Technology / ProCrewz® team as it relates to user needs, business analytics, reporting, and ad hoc projects. These candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include :
- Assist ProCrewz® Support with requests from internal stakeholders, clients, and mobile app users.
- Provide analyses of job and field technician data to identify trends, variances, and establish key performance indicators, as well as make business recommendations.
- Follow at least one software development initiative to learn the development lifecycle and understand agile methodologies.
- Perform other related duties and projects as required.
