Human Resources Manager

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and mediate conflicts between staff.
• Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing leadership and professional development.
• Handle performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports for senior management and regulatory bodies

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:
