FINN Partners’ Honolulu office is looking for an Account Executive to serve as a primary client contact and ensure a high-level of strategic thinking, productivity and efficiency on assigned accounts. This role performs all public relations functions including writing, media interaction, client liaison and day-to-day administrative activities.
As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to :
- Develop and write public relations plans and strategies, making proactive recommendations to clients.
- Prepare communication materials involved in the implementation of public relations programs for clients including : press releases, copy for newsletter articles, opinion editorials, and other media-related materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure deliverables are on time and on-budget.
- Handle special projects, new business assignments, and social / community involvement activities.
- Manage and / or prepare content and layouts for publications, such as brochures, newsletters, and magazines as assigned.
- Provide direction and organize photo and video shoots for publications, social media channels, presentations and other communications initiatives.
- Assist the team in crisis communication situations, as directed.
Additionally, you will be tasked with :
To be considered for this role you will need to be located in Honolulu. You will be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week and may occasionally be required to work during evenings and weekends, as well as off island travel.

Compensation Range : $47,000-$54,000 commensurate with experience.
