Your Role
As a People Operations Intern at FINN, you support us in ensuring fair and competitive compensation structures that ensure motivation and a feeling of belonging at FINN. You will drive our compensation & benefits domain, payroll, and our employee equity program. We support you to continuously learn and develop your skills and you get to try new processes and strategies in close collaboration with your team.
\n- This role is based in Munich with flexibility to work remotely from home within Germany. Our modern offices feature frequent events with our great colleagues.

- Excellent monthly salary of 2,300€.
- Support the People Operations team: You work closely with your team and make sure that our compensation philosophy and routines set FINN up for success by rewarding our team fairly and competitively. You support our payroll process as well as routines around other employee incentive programs.
- Challenge the status quo: Critically analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, automation-first people organization that runs seamlessly.
- Support the business: Help the People Leadership team to master daily challenges, drive high-priority initiatives and get deep insights into the entire company.
- You are studying psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Initial experience in a fast-growing startup or in People Operations is a plus but not a requirement.
- Analytical thinking coupled with a getting things done attitude and resilience. High degree of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English.
