Your Role
As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager at FINN, you are responsible for overseeing demand generation and marketing efforts across various channels. You will define the first impressions of users and how they perceive FINN. It will be your responsibility to drive the growth of B2C and B2B user acquisition and converting them into customers to accelerate our global growth. This is an incredibly unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and strategically minded Performance marketer to scale up existing channels and build new channels from the ground up and having a critical impact on FINN’s growth.
\n- This role is based in Munich with the flexibility to work from home a few days per week.

- Generate demand: Aggressively grow the number of acquired B2C and B2B customers via paid channels, while ensuring we meet our cost-per-customer targets.
- Analyze and report campaign performance: Improve efficiency, optimize channel mix and budgets. Work together with our Data team to improve data insights and decision making.
- Experiment to fuel our growth: Continuously experiment within existing and new channels to address underserved user groups and drive growth and efficiency.
- Build the FINN brand across paid channels: Transform our brand and product offering into winning marketing campaigns and messages. Work together with our creative team to create performing ads.
- Find product-channel fit and steer marketing budget: Engage with and challenge senior management on marketing and brand strategy with your insights. Define the channel strategy and steer the marketing budget.
- Develop marketing plans and forecasts: Include KPI metrics such as spend, CPL, ROAs and CAC using data and analytics to inform investment and optimization.
- 2-3 years of relevant Performance Marketing experience including planning, testing, executing and measuring campaigns successfully with large marketing budgets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a marketing, business or sales-related field or similar.
- Strong experience in acquiring and converting B2C and/or B2B users via channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and/or Video. Offline Marketing experience is a plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset. You can analyse and read data, focus on the most important KPIs and draw the right conclusions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills - you provide clear guidance through all forms of communication. It is easy for you to adapt to various contexts and stakeholders.
- Track record in experimenting continuously with new strategies, channels and frameworks, first experience with incrementality experiments preferred.
- You have experience in tracking and attribution.
- Top performer with an ability to execute targeted actions in a timely, goal-oriented manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively taking ownership with a hands-on approach to decision making.
- Fluent in German and English.
