Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Used Car Reconditioning and New Car prep
- Write, book, flag, close repair orders. Send estimates to Sales Managers and ensure completion in a timely manner
- Provide concierge support for all internal inquiries
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently recorded
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
