Role Overview We are seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to support the Litigation Technology & Support department that supports the eDiscovery needs of our clients and case teams. In this role of analysts, you will help with day-to-day technical tasks that are completed on time and within specifications. Responsibilities Supporting eDiscovery workflows from data ingestion, data manipulation, and production of eDiscovery materials Exporting and uploading documents to/from review platform Performing Boolean searches and generation of reports in review platform Entering project requests into work order tracking system Manipulate and verify data Managing deliverables and deadlines Ensuring proper data handling procedures Managing multiple eDiscovery projects and requests Communicating job specifications with ESI Specialists and Manager Providing eDiscovery support to case teams and Litigation Technology team Self-motivated along with the ability to work autonomously and in a large team Interested, engaged and keen to contribute with a high degree of professionalism Strong communication skills and the ability to provide status updates Other duties and special projects as assigned   Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical degree preferred. Technical experience required. 0–1-year experience eDiscovery experience preferred. Minimum one year of experience in a professional services environment required; law firm experience preferred. Must be self-motivated, yet willing to work in a team environment. Previous eDiscovery/litigation support or similar legal experience preferred, including previous experience working independently with clients and litigation teams Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat to include redacting and redlining expertise.) Must have the ability to work well under pressure, meet frequent deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent oral and written communication (including spelling and grammar) and interpersonal skills are required Flexible attitude and the ability to deal well with changing assignments and priorities; willingness to learn and acquire advanced duties, and provide support to varied office members   Join Finnegan as an eDiscovery Analyst, leveraging your technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail to support complex litigation and cutting-edge intellectual property matters. The base annual pay range for this role is between 70,000 – $83,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
