Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ BCaBA

Chockstone Behavior Consulting/ Finni Health is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst to service children in the Bennington, VT area!

Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans as well as treatment plans- Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Provide adequate, quality supervision to BTs/RBTs - Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Skills:

- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation

What You'll Need

• Minimum Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
• BCBA certification/ BCaBA
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrate a high level of patience and empathy, as well as an understanding
• Reliable Transportation
• A think outside of the box personality to make therapy fun for your clients
• Professional social skills to interact with and support caregivers
• Active CPR Certification (Required, but will train if needed)
• Must pass background check (this is a requirement from the funding source)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
