Finni Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide exceptional ABA therapy to children with autism in Mundelein, IL, and surrounding areas including Libertyville and Vernon Hills. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ($45-$85/hour), and the chance to make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments for autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in homes and community settings.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Requirements:
BCBA certification (preferred) or BCaBA certification (required).
Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism.
Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation.
