Car Sales Executive

With 25 years of success as a one-point-of-contact dealership, you will guide customers through every step of their journey—from their initial inquiry to the moment they drive away in their new vehicle.

**Duties**

• - Engage with incoming sales calls and actively pursue new opportunities to drive sales.
• - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and key accounts, ensuring a personalized experience.
• - Greet visitors to the dealership warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
• - Process and coordinate all sales inquiries, showroom requests, and internet leads efficiently.
• - Listen attentively to customer needs and interests to connect them with their ideal vehicle.
• - Showcase vehicle features while clearly explaining warranties and additional services.
• - Negotiate competitive prices and fair trade-in values to maximize customer satisfaction.
• - Reach out to past customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with their vehicles.
• - Stay knowledgeable about state finance regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• - Analyze credit reports effectively to support financing decisions.
• - Build and nurture relationships with banks and lending institutions for seamless transactions.
• - Submit finance applications to the appropriate lenders and interpret their decisions accurately.
• - Promote and sell financing products ethically and legally, enhancing customer value.

No automotive sales experience is preferred. However, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right person and ensuring they are fully prepared for the role.

Pay: $100,144.00 - $114,892.00 per year
