Position Summary
The duties of an Automotive Lube Technician are to diagnose automotive issues, perform routine installations, and preventive maintenance. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service while producing quality work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Checking and communicating oil level
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Complete vehicle inspection.
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
- Ensure the shop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous material.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles.
- Document all work performed on the repair order.
- Report all safety issues immediately to the manager.
- Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Ensures that all deadlines are met.
- Other duties assigned by management
Minimum qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possesses knowledge of shop industry.
- Works well with a team.
- Strong work ethics
- Exhibits strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to remain calm and clear-headed in an emergency.
- Manages time efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
