Position Overview
We are seeking a safety-oriented, detailed, and dedicated person to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks in the construction industry, including framing, gutter replacement, building, repair, and other general construction tasks. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help ensure each project meets our quality standards and timeline expectations.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by Company insurance.
- Previous carpenter experience.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions.
- Positive communication with others.
- Previous carpenter experience.
- Safely operate tools and equipment.
- Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Comfortable and able to work at a fast pace.
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Ability to work from ladders.
- Attentive to detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Building: Siding demolition and installation, dry rot repair, deck and stair rebuilds and repairs, window installation, framing and gutter repair and replacement.
- Prepare job sites, set up necessary equipment, and ensure the site is clean after the job is completed.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service.
- Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with other employees and supervisors to complete projects on time.
