We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager with a deep understanding of cloud management, FinOps, and cloud services partnerships. This role is essential to building, nurturing, and scaling our relationships with key go-to-market partners. You will be at the forefront of driving success for our shared customers by managing the full lifecycle of channel partner engagements, from onboarding through execution and growth.
As the Channel Partner Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create, execute, and scale joint business offerings that drive growth in cloud cost management and FinOps.
We offer a competitive salary with an expected total compensation range of $190,000 - $230,000 annually.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in channel partner management or business development with a focus on public cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or service providers.
- Strong understanding of public cloud ecosystems, with practical knowledge of cloud financial operations (FinOps) and cost optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud provider ecosystems, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Demonstrated track record of building successful strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze business metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive results that benefit both Finout and its partners.

Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding & Lifecycle Support: Manage the onboarding and full lifecycle support of key channel partners, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing engagement.
- Point of Contact for Partners: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned referral, reselling, services, and consulting partners, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Strategic Partnership Planning: Craft and execute partnership plans centered around joint value propositions, leveraging the strengths of both Finout and partner organizations.
- Business Development: Lead business development activities to drive mutual growth, identifying new opportunities to expand partner networks and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring alignment on objectives and shared goals.
- Sales & Technical Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support required to successfully sell and implement Finout's solutions.
- Go-to-Market Initiatives: Drive joint go-to-market efforts, from co-marketing campaigns to sales enablement, to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
- Partner Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor partner performance, analyzing KPIs to ensure that goals are met, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner success and alignment on business objectives.
