Entry Level Recruiter

We are seeking an in-office Recruiter who will support our sales team based out of our Philadelphia office! You have an upbeat personality to match our amped up sales team?

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

• Place ads for sales team (representatives and manager) openings
• Scheduling of applicants for interviews and orientations
• Interviewing (in-person and phone) and onboarding
• Following up with applicants and creating an ATS
• Maintaining and shipping supplies for our sales teams
• Scheduling events for recruitment

Requirements:

• Completed high school
• At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in outside sales such as energy supply, community solar or rooftop solar is a plus;
• Experience in recruiting, training or leading others is also a plus
• Preferably, bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Disciplined and a go getter mindset
• Willing to learn new skills and offer suggestions for system improvements
• Experience with a CRM

This is an in-office role based out of our Bala location. Starting pay will depend on experience in these types of roles. Full time position, ~9am-5pm.
