As an entry level Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential and small business customers to local community solar farms. Key Responsibilities:
Team Mentorship: Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire a team of sales representatives. You'll provide coaching, mentorship, and motivation to help your team achieve sales targets and maximize their potential.
Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of community solar programs and educate potential customers about the advantages of subscribing to local solar farms.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, track individual and team performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure consistent growth in customer subscriptions.
Reporting: Generate regular reporting on team performance, sales activities, and KPI's to share with upper management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in direct sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license
