Position Overview:
As a future Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential and small business customers to local community solar farms. You will be at the forefront of the green energy revolution, driving sales, fostering relationships within the community, and contributing to the reduction of carbon footprints.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of community solar programs and educate potential customers about the advantages of subscribing to local solar farms.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, track individual and team performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure consistent growth in customer subscriptions.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to your sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives. You'll provide coaching, mentorship, and motivation to help your team achieve sales targets and maximize their potential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years, outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry and community solar programs is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma.
