Responsibilities:

As a Solar Canvasser Rep, your primary responsibility will be to engage with residential utility customers in your community, stay up-to-date on the latest developments in solar energy and our solar offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service. You'll educate prospects about:

• The advantages of going solar, emphasizing the environmental benefits and cost savings
• Setting rooftop solar leads, and help schedule consultations for home owners who seem eligible
• Work with your manager to follow up and close deals on consultations presented
  
  

You'll have a lead setting target, and your success will be measured by your ability to convert potential customers to Solar Consultations!

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year direct sales experience, a plus if in the energy/solar sector
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Technical Aptitude: An ability to grasp technical concepts related to solar energy and explain them in simple terms to customers.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.

Expected yearly, 1st year pay range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
