What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Tech position at Fins Environmental Service LLC?
Your responsibilities:operation of various size pump trucks, pumping, locating and digging of residential and commercial septic tanks, inspection of systems and communication of repairs needed to proper staff, and completion of all applicable forms. Assisting with service repairs.
Education Requirements: Applicant should have or being willing to obtain a commercial driver's license (Class A or B), will train. Willingness obtains PSMA certification. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Schedule: Typical schedule will range Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Potential of weekends/holiday (and/or) on call as needed. Must have good attendance, and open availability
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 100lbs, and ability to do physical labor for a minimum of 8 hrs.
Successful candidate(s) will possess the following skills, ability to read and write English, must be able to work independently without supervision and on a team, you will need to be self-motivated, punctual, organized with attention to detail, and able to communicate clearly, and good customer service, with a desire to learn, willingness to work in various weather conditions. Prior knowledge of septic, sewer and drains a plus. Ability to operate IPAD.
