SALESFORCE PROJECT COORDINATOR
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Administration
- Supports all Salesforce administrative functions including user maintenance, data uploads, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Assists in managing internal Salesforce Help Desk including fulfilling and responding to requests and support tickets.
- Conducts regular internal system audits to ensure the data maintained within Salesforce is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborates with the team on providing regular, daily end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Supports configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations.
Project Management
- Assists CRM Team with managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Manages project management boards used to communicate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Gather and write business case requirements.
- Assists in growing the overall adoption of Salesforce across the organization by training new users as well as further educating active users on new features and functionalities released on the platform.
- Develops and maintains documentation library (including video tutorials) of all internal Salesforce projects and practices.
- Develops and maintains an internal management system to ensure data, documents and communications are continuously updated.
- Actively participate in cross-organizational working groups and activities to support the development and maintenance of Finseca culture.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and at least 3-5 years of Salesforce or project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience
- Experience leading or assisting with Salesforce implementation projects is strongly preferred.
