Position: Account Manager | Commercial and Residential
Our Customer Satisfaction team guides the customer journey from inquiry to installation. We're looking for customer enthusiasts who can help home and business owners navigate a major remodeling investment, as well as a *new* project from concept to finished product. While you will certainly be expected to soak up product knowledge, your most important trait is the ability to solve problems given the vast array of tools at your disposal. If you're the kind of person that people naturally like and trust, this might be the opportunity for you. If you also have a creative streak, and you like to help people put interior ideas into practice, this position will be right up your alley.

The High-level purposes we need you to fulfill are:
- Providing outstanding customer service by being a valuable resource to our clients and solving problems.
- Learning and applying our interior solutions for our client’s projects.
- Estimate projects using our state-of-the-art estimation software and ERP.
- Manage customer expectations from start to finish.
- Willingness to undergo extensive product training to become a certified interiors expert.
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of floors we offer along with the benefits and warranties provided by each.
- Willingness to learn software and technology platforms to efficiently communicate and translate our solutions into reality for deep customer satisfaction and retention.
Essentials of this job are:
- Must be driven to find solutions for our clients.
- (speaking of drive) You must be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
