Office Manager/ Accountant
We are looking for a talented Office Manager/ Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for vendors and representatives, managing purchasing requests, job costing, invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will be essential as you interact with various teams and handle office and clerical duties. Responsibilities:
- Job costing and invoicing
- Accounts payable entry and payment processing
- Managing payroll
- Point of contact for vendors and representatives for purchasing requests
- Assisting in pricing updates within the store
- Maintaining inventory items within the computer system
- Placing, confirming, and entering all purchase orders in RFMS
- Responsible for ownership of claims and claim process
- Interacting with sales staff and warehouse staff for all purchasing needs
- Collaborating with the President in finance and HR functions
- Handling additional duties as assigned
Skills:
- Associates Degree in Business or Accounting with Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years of general office experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Outstanding customer service and exceptional follow-up skills
- Self-starter and well-organized
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to learn new operating systems
