Position Overview : FINSYNC is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the development and execution of our Startup Resources initiative, designed to enhance the entrepreneurial journey through an extensive ecosystem of tools, partnerships, and services. This role will drive resource expansion, cultivate strategic alliances, and integrate valuable offerings into FINSYNC’s platform to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey—from idea to growth and success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering startups, adept at building impactful partnerships, and driven to create measurable value for entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities : Resource Expansion & Ecosystem Development

Curate and onboard a comprehensive array of resources to address essential entrepreneurial needs, including website development, entity registration, e-commerce fulfillment, branding, and more.

Lead the integration of new resources into FINSYNC’s Starter Tools suite, Business Platform, and Members Center to create a connected and efficient experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experiences through Fynn , FINSYNC’s AI Assistant, ensuring tools are intuitive and impactful.

Strategic Partnerships & Monetization

Establish referral, alliance, and integration partnerships with leading service providers.

Identify and secure quick-win partnerships that deliver immediate value to users and align with monetization goals.

Develop a roadmap for scalable partnership growth, ensuring alignment with FINSYNC’s mission and business objectives.

Track and manage partnerships using ROI systems to measure success and optimize outcomes.

Collaboration with Financial Institutions & Community Organizations

Build and strengthen relationships with financial institutions by showcasing the value of integrating Startup Resources into their offerings.

Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to help financial institutions attract and retain entrepreneurial customers.

Partner with community organizations to provide customized resources, support local entrepreneurial programs, and drive economic growth.

Monitoring Success & Continuous Improvement

Define and track KPIs, including partnership signings, resource usage rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Use customer and partner feedback to refine and expand offerings within the Startup Resources initiative.

Stay informed on market trends and entrepreneurial needs to ensure FINSYNC’s tools remain competitive and relevant.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or product leadership, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Deep understanding of the challenges and needs faced by entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Strong ability to identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that drive value.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with financial institutions, vendors, and community organizations.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on creating impactful solutions and delivering measurable growth.
