Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Software Engineer / Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing user-centered solutions that drive engagement and enhance the overall user experience of our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring innovative and intuitive products to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with FINSYNC’s UX designers and product managers, learning and understanding user needs and translating them into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for web and / or mobile applications, focusing on front-end development and user interactions.
- Build reusable UI components and libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across different products and services.
- Implement responsive designs that translate and adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes.
- Conduct thorough usability testing and debugging, identify and resolve usability issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Engage with and stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and coding standards; effectively participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap by providing insights on technical feasibility and user experience considerations.
