Role

We’re a lean team of two today looking for a Founding Designer to join us as employee #3!

In this role, you will :

  • Talk to users to deeply understand their challenges
  • Design and craft simple, delightful solutions
  • Lead the entire design and creative process
  • Collaborate on the product roadmap and strategy
  • Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
  • Evolve Finta’s brand identity to align with our mission, product, and values

    • Compensation

  • 140-220k base and 1-5% equity
  • VISA sponsorship and relocation support for moving to San Francisco
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • Salary : $140,000 - $220,000
