· Conducting outbound prospecting via phone calls, email campaigns, and occasional in-person visits.
· Identifying and qualifying potential leads in various industries, with a focus on retail and hospitality.
· Selling and demonstrating our credit card payment processing and POS solutions via Microsoft Teams.
· Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, following up to close deals.
· Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients while ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
· Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.
· Researching prospects, generating leads, and setting up email campaigns.
· Staying knowledgeable about industry trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
· Participating in sales team meetings and contributing to team success.
Basic Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of inside sales experience in retail, hospitality, or preferably in the payment processing industry.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present product demonstrations to decision-makers and business owners.
· Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
· Effective planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
· Self-starter with the ability to set and achieve quota goals.
· Strong understanding of general restaurant and retail business operations.
