Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including managing a team of employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and creating and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on team building and employee development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Certification in operations management or related field is a plus
