Job Responsibilities
- Architecting efficient systems, devising elegant code structures
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance mobile and web applications using React.JS, React Native, TypeScript, and GraphQL
- Ability to own the end-to-end delivery of products from inception to production
- Lead a team of engineers and have strong conflict-resolution skills
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and leveraging modern mobile and web development tools and techniques
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Support the coordination releases in a timely manner and maintain deadlines Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- 7 years of programming experience with significant experience in frontend frameworks and technologies
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful / GraphQL API integration
- Startup experience strongly preferred in the fintech space
- Experience with end-to-end full-stack mobile, web, and QA testing
- Manage time efficiently and is highly collaborative
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Preferred: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Working Environment: Hybrid Role preferred (3x per week, days are flexible). *

Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
