We want our customers spending time building the infrastructure of tomorrow, not dealing with manual and repetitive tasks involved with payments.

We are looking for a Product Manager excited to solve the interesting and unique problems construction accounting teams face and continue developing a best-in-class corporate card product.

You will:

  • Define and build delightful and innovative software that makes it easier for our customers to manage finance and accounting tasks. Our customers include both midsize and large construction companies, specifically leaders in finance and accounting.
  • Be an expert on corporate cards and construction accounting for payables across our supported systems.
  • Improve and expand Finvari's core card product to improve the lives of our customers and our internal teams that support them.
  • Support Customer Success onboarding and supporting customers, as needed.
  • Coordinate feature development and release.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize feature enhancements, communicate the value to the organization, and develop metrics to measure success.
  • Work hands on with engineering and customer success building and supporting ERP integrations, the configuration of the integrations including setup/onboarding, including using the data transformation scripting language integral to our integrations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a product manager
  • 2 years of experience in a role that required you to work with data (data engineering, analyst, solutions consultant, data product manager, etc) and/or accounting
  • 5 years experience in B2B software
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, or scripting languages
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (accounting, engineering, supply chain, or similar) or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building great software for construction accounting
  • Empathetic advocate for your customers

Other experience (not required, we’re happy for you to learn):

  • Experience with construction accounting or construction ERPs
  • Familiar with accounting and accounts payable
  • Familiar with jsonata
  • Fintech and/or payments processing
  • Previous customer base of construction industry

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.

This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
