Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce
The Digital Marketing Manager builds outstanding websites and product listings that engage and convert customers. You’ll ensure our four eCommerce companies maintain strong brands with robust marketing funnels.
Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with our Digital Media Buyer.
Key Responsibilities :
- WEBSITE MERCHANDISING : Present and promote our products on our website and online marketplaces like Amazon. You'll work with marketers and designers to optimize brand website's for customer experience and sales conversion.
- CREATIVE ASSET PRODUCTION : Produce beautiful, engaging still images and video for eCommerce websites, digital ads, social media posts and product catalogs. You’ll edit creative assets, design eCommerce product listings and work with specialized freelancers, optimizing each brand’s aesthetics and conversion.
- EMAIL / SMS MARKETING : Design, write and schedule email and SMS campaigns and automated flows. You’ll segment subscribers to maximizing click through rates and sales of bestselling products.
- COPYWRITING : Write taglines, website copy and emails that clearly communicate our product value to prospects and customers. You’ll help refine consistent brand voices that resonate with our target audience.
- NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES : Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Product Manager and executive team to launch new products and new brands, creating bold, beautiful and successful creative campaigns.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
