Senior Marketing Manager, eCommerce
The Senior Marketing Manager is an eCommerce direct response, performance marketing expert that builds advertising funnels and sells existing customers on repeat orders. You’ll expand the new customer acquisition tactics, placements and audiences for our four consumer brands, finding opportunities to profitably grow revenue.
Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the eCommerce Marketing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
- NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION : Fill our digital ad funnel with paid ads on Facebook, AppLovin, Instagram, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, finding new opportunities to profitably reach and convert our target audience. You’ll run weekly experiments testing new targeting, messaging and creative to convert new customers.
- REPEAT CUSTOMER ORDERS : Increase repeat order rate from existing customers. Our product team is tripling the product catalog so you'll have plenty of products to increase customer lifetime value and convert our existing customers into frequent purchasers.
- WEBSITE CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION : Run experiments to optimize each brand’s ads, eCommerce websites and email / SMS marketing. You'll be responsible for improving the asset quality and elevating the entire customer journey, while increasing conversion rates.
- CUSTOMER / SUBSCRIBER MARKETING : Expand our email and SMS engaged subscriber lists, converting those subscribers into paying customers and raving fans. You’ll test new tactics to increase customer repeat order rates with growing product offerings.
- NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES : Work with the product manager and executive team to launch new products and brands each month. We have an exciting product road map that you will bring to market!

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
