This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in Gainesville, FL for the occasional hand-off of documents or team activity. The role is for 20 hours per week, with flexibility as long as work is completed during regular business hours.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering the phone, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining client records and files.
- Manage digital tools and software, including cloud-based document storage and communication platforms.
- Support bookkeeping and tax preparation processes by gathering client information and ensuring files are complete.
