We are looking for a driven, strategic, and passionate Event Service Operations Manager to lead and develop our catering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and directing the Delivery, Full-Service, and Event Space Operations teams, building internal systems to drive growth, and leading the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Full-Service Operations Team with humility, optimism, passion, and engagement through rapid growth and change.
Support Delivery and Event Space Operations Teams with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
Collaborate with the VP of Catering to drive operational efficiencies, increase profitability, and enhance event execution.
Build an internal structure that provides clarity, opportunity, and accountability for team growth.
Partner with managers across Delivery, Event Service, and Event Staffing to optimize labor, execution, and event logistics.
Develop and assign KPIs for Event Lead and Senior Full-Service Team members that align with sales and growth strategies.
Identify and implement training and development programs to ensure a high-performance team.
Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and organization for event spaces.
Ensure all service, food, and beverage trends are up to date and implement best practices.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Sales to ensure accurate contracting and menu pricing.
Deliver quarterly reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Manage compensation plans for hourly team members that align with business growth strategies.
Support event execution in the field at least six times per month to ensure quality and consistency.
Uphold remarkable guest experiences by addressing feedback and operational challenges.

Qualifications:
3 years of management experience in front-of-house, back-of-house, or high-volume food service environments preferred.
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain during training).
Ability to pass a background check.
Basic knowledge of bartending and kitchen operations.
Strong multi-tasking and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in accounting, technology, and data analysis tools.
Understanding of food, beverage, and labor cost controls.
